Comprehensive Demolition

This activity includes demolition, where the client handing over the work's objective is to receive a clean area that is ready for its proposed purpose, be it a industrial facility, shopping mall, residential building, football field etc.
During the last 25 years the company has handled massive operations for both the private and public sectors. For every project that we undertake, we are committed to performing the work under strictest social and regulatory standards.

Construction Waste Recycling

We are proud to be industry's leader in Israel, experienced in construction waste recycling. Construction waste is generated as a byproduct from demolition. The waste contains inert waste such as concrete aggregates, blocks, cladding, asphalt and other materials found on site. The waste undergoes complicated sorting. The recycling process includes crushing and screening of the aggregates to different size / products. Each product is then used for a different purpose, designated for repeated use on the actual site that is demolished, or offered for sale to external projects. In addition, the remaining demolition products are collected separately and transported in trucks to landfills approved by the Ministry of Environment Protection.

Asbestos Removal

B&Z provides asbestos removal services as part of a comprehensive demolition operation or by itself. Asbestos can cause a great damage to the environment and to people nearby. The asbestos is disassembled from the building in hand, isolated encapsulated and removed from the project site according to Ministry of Environmental Protection regulations. Environmental awareness is extremely important for B&Z Company. Therefore, this procedure is carefully handled by professional asbestos teams trained for these kinds of jobs, equipped with state of the art advanced equipments and knowledge.
